Be it worship or business, trade or politics, court or leadership, Islam has provided comprehensive teachings on all these matters. It is this universality and enlightened teachings of Islam, due to which Islam has spread in the world so fast that no other religion in the world can compete with it. Islamic teachings not only pave the way for peace and tranquillity in the hereafter but also guarantee satisfaction, peace and progress in this worldly life. One of the reasons for this enormous popularity of Islam is equality, which gave a new life to helpless people for centuries and the oppressed class who were at the mercy of oppressors found refuge in the love of Islam. Where Islam has ordered high morality, it has also defined the rights of criminals and prisoners so that no one can be wronged. While the protection of human rights is claimed in the West, on the other hand, prisoners are treated inhumanely and unnaturally in their prisons.
