أنواع التأمين وتكييفها فى الفقه الإسلامي (دراسة فقهية مقارنة)

Abstract

One of the contemporary issues - which concerns most of the people in financial transactions- is the “insurance” of all kinds and forms. It is one of the contracts that relates to every Muslim's life in fact It is now considered one of the most fundamental commercial transactions that needs to be addressed correctly. Therefore, it was necessary to address such an important contract and also to know its permissibility or impermissibilty in the light of Islamic Shariah – describing the opinions of the jurists from different school of thoughts regarding this issue. So, we have tried our best to present the different opinions and statements of Muslim Jurists with their evidences and argumentation from the opposite school of thought. It is important to mention that collecting the different opinions of Islamic Jurists regarding this issue is a primary objective of this research to highlight the compliant mode of Islamic Shariah in its concern for individuals and communities. We have relied on the comparative and analytical methodology which appears in the presentation and discussion of different opinions.
