Abstract

Islam is a complete code of life, religiously and secularly, there is no aspect of life that is not guided by Islam. Among them, the first principle has been established that all things created by Allah are permissible. Haram and Wajib are only those things which have a correct and clear text about their sanctity or obligation. This principle is not only the principle of the Islamic legal system, but it is a fundamental principle of all the legal systems of the world that objects and actions are permissible and permissible according to their origin, then among those objects which are necessarily required or prohibited. They themselves or their causes are explained in the texts, except for them, the rest of the items are left absolute as permissible. People have the freedom and authority to do or not to do such prohibited things, and there is no legal impeachment for doing or not doing them. This is the reason why laws do not cover permissible matters anywhere. Rather, only mandatory and forbidden matters are covered.

Because Islam is a simple religion by nature. Scarcity is a fundamental principle in its legislative principles. That is why Islam did not impose an unnecessary burden on the human being with the rules of obligations and prohibitions, but only a few limited items and matters that were very necessary for the religious and worldly welfare of the person to do or not to do, and left the rest of the items to human discretion. It has been declared permissible. Therefore, according to Islam, all the objects of the earth and the sky have been created for the benefit of mankind, which requires that all the objects of the earth and the sky are permissible, except for those objects that man is bound to do or not do. has gon. This concept is referred to as the theory of origin.
