Abstract

Introspection is an academic field that explores non-Western perceptions of the West, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the complexities, power dynamics, and cultural interactions involved. Focusing on six key areas, this article examines the notions of the West, the reconstruction of Western narratives, hybridization and intercultural motivations, globalization and the impact of internationalization on multiple dimensions of the West, Western and non-Western societies.
