Organizational and Institutional Attitudes towards Employees in Pakistan: Principles from Seerat Tayyaba
Abstract
Historically, one of the reasons for the creation of Pakistan was the economic marginalization of Muslims by the British. When Pakistan was formed for the promotion of Islamic ideals, there was no substantial change in this perspective; rather, the same colonial mindset persisted, contributing to our societal issues.
Now that Pakistan come into existence, it is crucial to identify the attitudes and problems responsible for the continuous erosion of dignity within both public and private institutions. This article sheds light on prevalent ideologies affecting our organizations, profoundly effecting Pakistan.
My research method critically analyzes how Islamic teachings impact prevailing ideologies in our society and why these prophetic teachings offer the best solutions.
The concluding recommendations of the article provide solutions derived from the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to address and overcome these prevailing ideologies.
