Abstract

As the Council of Islamic Ideology is a constitutional body making its recommendations for the implementation of Islamic laws in Pakistan. Its scope is limited to Pakistan, while the International Convention is a universal and universal body, which is wide. The purpose of both bodies is to pave the way for legislation.On this basis, It can be said that there is a close similarity between the two institutions regarding the rights, especially the laws that have been formulated by the international convention for the rights of children are in line with the basic doctrine and recommendations presented by the Council of Islamic Ideology are agreed. For example:  The education of children is the responsibility of parents, this law has also been made by the international convention, which is in accordance with Islamic teachings. Similarly, There are similarities between the two institutions in terms of child’s education, training, health and livelihood.Family law in Islam has given special attention to the rights of children and guidelines have been set for them.The similarities between the Islamic Ideological Council and the International Convention are examined above.
